LoL: Huni announces the end of his competitive career

Stayed only one year in Europe within the mythical roster of fnatic in 2015, Heo “Huni” Seung-hoon marked the minds of all European fans. Of his quadrakill with Riven during Worlds 2015 at his competition final with SKT T1 in 2017, Huni overwhelmed the world with his talent, especially during his first years as a professional. That’s why announcement of his retirement made all fans of the League of Legends scene sad.

Indeed, a few weeks ago, Huni had gone from LCS holder within TSM to coach in order to treat a wrist injury which was too recurrent. If we could hope for a potential return from him after recovering from his injuries, it will not be and the South Korean top laner has announced the end of his career in a tweetlonger on Twitter. In particular, he announces that he wants continue in esports in the futurepossibly in a coaching role, the choice is varied.

We hope for him that he will be able to find what he wants and above allin a competitive structure, he who has, for several years, traveled in inefficient structures. We think in particular of his last seasons at TSM or even his time at Evil Geniuses. In any case, one thing is certain, he will remain among the best toplaners who have passed through Europewhile he stayed only one year on the continent.
