It starts in two weeks: Amazon Prime has released the first trailer for "LOL: Last One Laughing" and has given away the start date.

It starts on April 1st: Michael Bully Herbig's (52) new show "LOL: Last One Laughing" starts on Amazon Prime Video. The streaming provider has now published the first official trailer for the comedy show parallel to the launch date. To see: Anke Engelke (55), Barbara Schöneberger (47), Carolin Kebekus (40), Max Giermann (45), Kurt Krömer (46), Wigald Boning (54), Torsten Sträter (54), Rick Kavanian (50 ), Mirco Nontschew (51) and Teddy Teclebrhan (37) who try to make each other laugh.

Herbig takes on the role of referee from the control room: Whoever laughs first, flies – whoever laughs last wins. "Just think about school. Everyone knows what it's like when you are not allowed to laugh. It just keeps getting worse. And so it was for the colleagues on this show for six hours at a time," said Herbig in the Vorfeld, "I almost pissed myself off laughing." A total of six episodes are initially planned, as Amazon announced in October.

An international success

"LOL: Last One Laughing" was already a hit on Prime Video in Japan, Mexico and most recently in Australia, "says Philip Pratt, Head of German Originals at Amazon Studios." I am particularly pleased that we have not only ten for our German version of the most popular comedy stars in the country, but with Michael Bully Herbig as host you can put the cherry on top of the wonderful comedy cake.
