LoL – Patch Notes 12.10: All Item Changes


The big mid-season patch, League of Legends patch 12.10 is coming! Many changes are to be expected whether at the level of runes, champions or even objects. Riot Games’ goal with this major update is to increase the durability of champions as a whole (and to nerf the systems linked to it, such as healing, shields or regeneration). Therefore, fights should become a little longer, it will become more difficult to obliterate your enemies.

This patch will most certainly change the meta in a big way, but as always, Riot Games will be monitoring the state of the game and acting accordingly if a critical change becomes necessary.

All changes to objects

Glowing Knife

Omnivampirisim decreased: 8% → 7%

Frost Blade

Omnivampirisim decreased: 8% → 7%

dance of death

Diminished healing: 175% → 150% of your bonus attack damage

Fimbulvetr

Shield value decreased: 100-200 (+5% of your current mana) → 100-180 (+4.5% of your current mana)

Rift Maker

Omnivampirism decreased: 8% → 7% (10% → 8% for Ornn’s Masterwork, Curse of Icathia)

moonstone regenerator

Base healing decreased: 70 → 60

Efficiency of healing and shields per effect decreased: 6% → 5%

Healing from the mythical passive reduced: 10 → 8

Eviscerator

Omnivamprisim decreased: 10% → 8%

Decreased healing: 25% of your attack damage (+10% of your missing HP) → 20% of your attack damage (+8% of your missing HP)

Demonic Embrace

Burn damage decreased: 2% (melee) / 1.2% (ranged) → 1.8% (melee) / 1% (ranged) max HP

Doran’s Ring

Drain – Increased Mana Regeneration: Restores 0.75 mana per second, increased to 1.25 → 1 mana per second, increased to 1.5 for 10 seconds

Healing granted instead of reduced mana: 50% → 45% of the value drained

Lifesteal reduced: 8% → 7%

Decay Jewel

Reduced magic penetration: 15% → 13%

Sun Aegis

Damage amplification decreased: 12% → 10% per stack (still 6 stacks max) (also applies to Ornn’s masterpiece, Molten Crest)

Iron Solari Medallion

Shield diminished: 200-365 → 180-330 (target levels 1-18) (also applies to Ornn’s masterpiece, Reliquary of the Golden Dawn)

Immortal Archshield

Lifesteal decreased: 8% → 7% (10% → 8% for Ornn’s Masterpiece, Bloodthirster)

Shield value decreased: 275-700 → 250-630 (levels 1-18)

Divine Slayer

Reduced healing: 7.8% (MELEE) / 3.6% (RANGED) → 6% (melee) / 3% (ranged) max HP

Eclipse

Decreased Omnivampirism: 8% → 7% (10% → 8% for Ornn’s Masterpiece, Syzygia)

Shield value decreased: 180 (+40% attack damage) ⇒ 160 (+35% attack damage) (still reduced by 50% for ranged champions)

Redemption

Healing decreased: 200-400 → 180-340 (target levels 1-18)

Gargoyle Lithoplastron

Shield value decreased: 100 (+100% of your bonus HP) → 100 (+90% of your bonus HP)

deadly reminder

Sepsis – Bleeding decreased: 40% → 30%

Sepsis – Bleeding after 3 attacks against champions decreased: 60% → 50%

Bloodlust

Lifesteal decreased: 20% → 18%

Shield value decreased: 50-350 → 50-320 (levels 1-18)

Sterak’s Pledge

Reduced shield value: 75% of your bonus HP → 70% of your bonus HP

Last breath

Armor penetration decreased: 20% → 18%

Greetings from Dominik

Armor Penetration decreased: 35% → 30%

Phages

Healing decreased: 2% (melee) / 1% (ranged) → 1.6% (melee) / 0.8% (ranged) of max HP

Knight’s Vow

Self-healing reduced: 8% → 7% of the damage inflicted by the worthy ally

Seraph’s Embrace

Healing decreased: 35% → 25% of mana spent

Michael’s Blessing

Healing decreased: 2% (melee) / 1% (ranged) → 1.6% (melee) / 0.8% (ranged) of max HP

Pure Ice Shard

Base mana regeneration increased: 100% → 115%

Void Staff

Decreased magic penetration: 45% → 40%

Elixir of Rage

Physical vampirism decreased: 15% → 12%

Thorns – Bleeding decreased: 40% → 30%

Bleeding while immobilizing champions decreased: 60% → 50%

Techno-Chemical Purifier

Mushroom Toxin – Bleeding decreased: 40% → 30%

Mushroom Toxin – Bleeding applied by the next damage dealt by you and your empowered ally decreased: 60% → 50%

Oblivion Orb

Hex – Hemorrhage decreased: 40% → 30%

Executioner’s Mark

Abrasions – Bleeding decreased: 40% → 30%

bramble armor

Thorns – Bleeding decreased: 40% → 30%

Morellonomicon

Affliction – Bleeding decreased: 40% → 30%

Affliction – Hemorrhage on targets with less than 50% of their max HP decreased: 60% → 50%

Chem-Punk Jagged Sword

Shears – Bleeding decreased: 40% → 30%

Shears – Hemorrhage on targets with less than 50% of their max HP decreased: 60% → 50%

moonstone regenerator

Stellar Grace – Healing decreased: 60 → 70

Efficiency of healing and shields reduced: 6% → 5% per cumulative effect (still 5 effects max)

Reduced mythic passive: +10 → +8 to Stellar Grace healing per legendary item owned (also applies to Ornn’s masterpiece, Astrogem)

Maw of Malmortius

Omnivampirism decreased: 12% → 10%

We suspected a little, it’s now official, Riot Games had not yet finished with the skins of the West. Four new skins of this theme have arrived on the PBE and will land on League of Legends with patch 12.10
