With the exception of Ezreal, the rest of League of Legends’ ADCs are forced to choose between Wind Force, Kraken Slayer, or Immortal Shield Arc. For this preseason, no new mythics have been added to this position, which has left several players feeling that this role is being overlooked.

The League of Legends preseason kicked off with plenty of changes in almost every role, except one that seems to have been completely overlooked by Riot Games. We’re talking about ADCs here, which got absolutely nothing new or even improved with patch 12.22.

These improvements that we are talking about are in terms of inventory. If we take Ezreal out of the equation because he has a different build, the rest of the ADCs only have three mythos available to start their build and try to power up for teamfights or objective battles across the map.

Possible solutions with mythical objects?

As with everything in life, there are plenty of options Riot could take that would make ADCs happy. The first would be to upgrade some existing items and make them mythical, such as Storm Blade or Spectral Scythe. By removing the Statikk, the first item could regain its passive, while the second could buff some of its mana or attack speed stats, so champions like Ezreal or Lucian might have a better option when it comes to stats. building.

Another possible way is to create new objects, either by salvaging old items, completely remodeling them, like the aforementioned Statikk, or remodeling other items, even if they aren’t mythical, like the Mercurial Scimitar. What is clear is that with the diversity that exists in the other lanes, even at the support station without going any further, ADCs might need a boost from Riot in the form of items so that we were seeing more variance and that each summoner’s decision-making is key to winning group fights and assaulting the nexus.

Most of the time players are on autopilot when it comes to buying items which takes away from the essence of the game to some extent as other lanes have more variety of items depending pairings you have on the lane. So hopefully Riot Games will look into the matter and give ADCs some love in Season 13.
