LoL: The last Clash of the year will take place… on the ARAM map

Preseason is coming soon and there will be many changes to Summoner’s Rift. However, Riot Games does not forget ARAM and its card, the Howling Abyss, a game mode enjoyed by many League of Legends players. New things are also to be expected on this side next season, in particular the addition of Hextech portals, rubble left by the downed turrets and which will obstruct the path, new bushes to stretch your best traps, but also a whole bunch of balancing on all champions.

But just to end the year in style, and to thank the summoners who appreciate this game mode, the developers decided to hold the first Clash on the Howling Abyss maptournament accessible to all and which promises to be incredibly fun.

A 100% ARAM clash

“As a special thank you to all ARAM players, we will be hosting our last Clash of the year in the Howling Abyss! Participation in this Clash will be free and will feature an 8-team bracket where each team can play 3 games. Each player will receive 2 re-rolls per game, so use them!

Registration for this special Clash for fun will begin on December 5 and the tournament will take place on December 10 and 11, 2022.

Players who participate will receive a limited-time exclusive ARAM Icon, so mark your calendars!”

Hextech Portals is coming to the Howling Abyss!

As you will have understood, the goal of this clash is not really the tryhard but rather the fun – and we hope that most players will see it that way. Now all that remains is to gather your team for this event which promises to be already epic. I will be there, and you?

Apart from the preseason, we will not know any more major news on League of Legends by 2023. However, the developers are already working on the program for the next season, in particular a rework of Neeko, the first information of which would have leaked.
