Two LCK teams, an LEC team and now an LPL team have qualified for the 2022 Worlds while waiting to know the final seed with the championship finals.

TOP Esports is the first LPL team to qualify for the upcoming League of Legends World Championships. The structure will have a Seed 2 at least, having beaten EDG this Monday in the fourth round of Summer Split 2022 playoffs in China. Now qualified in the semi-finals, TES will be in the top 4 and secure a first place in points for the season. But the team can still climb Seed 1 if they win the rest of the playoffs and claim the LPL title.

In total, three teams will qualify for the LPL Worlds, one of them will be the champion on September 1st, and the other the winner of the Regional Finals on September 4th. In total, three Asian structures have already validated a ticket for Worlds 2022: TES, Gen.G and T1. These last two will share Seed 1 and 2 in LCK, at the end of the playoffs and when the champion of the season is known.

Finally in the LEC, G2 Esports has already validated its ticket as well, but for the moment is content with a fourth place in the Summer Split and therefore a place in Play-in. If the Samurai manage to make it to the LEC playoff final, one of the two Main Event berths is still possible.
