The controversies around the champion should not calm down anytime soon… This weekend, a Yuumi has again caused a stir among the pros. In LCK, she thus allowed Faker to qualify for the Worlds while stealing a Baron Nashor in a totally WTF action.
A context that makes the action memorable
First of all, it should be emphasized that this action is sufficient in itself. While the two junglers are present in Baron Nashor’s lair and we are still talking about two references to this post (Oner on the T1 side, Canyon on the DWG KIA side) and that they especially had their Smite available, they did not failed to secure this all-important objective. But the big purple worm was left with 265 HP and it seems that it was the little kitten’s ultimate that finished him off.
The game was extremely tense and this flight by Baron was essential in the victory of T1. From there, Faker and his teammates clearly took over, chaining teamfight victories and taking goals. Difficult to make more clutch for a support. If we broaden the focus, let’s also point out that this action took place during Game 5 of a Bo5.
