Following Crownshot’s banishment from the LFL, botlaner xMatty will replace him for the duration of his exclusion.

Due to a suspension for his behavior who he displayed in solo tail matches, League of Legends player and BDS Academy team botlaner Juš “Crownie” Marušič, formerly known as Crownshot, will not play any future games in the LFL.

The news comes to us from the account Official BDS Twitter. This is Matthew “xMatty” Coombs, BDS LEC team botlanerwhich will replace it for the next two matches between BDS and LDLC OL and Mirage Elyandra.

“The BDS team takes note of the suspension and strongly condemns this attitude which does not correspond to the values that the BDS team represents and defends. The BDS team will take other internal actions it deems appropriate.” – BDS Academy

LoL Esports staff explained this ban in a post.

“Through standard surveys conducted by League officials prior to the start of each Season, evidence has shown that Crownie has exhibited negative behavior while playing League of Legends. Crownie’s use of inappropriate and offensive language towards other players is unacceptable and has no place in our competitive ecosystem. In addition, Crownie has already received a warning for similar behavior, and the recurrence forced us to increase the sanction. – LoL Esports Staff

In the 2022 LFL Summer Split, the BDS Academy didn’t see much success. So far, the team is 3-6 halfway through the season.
