  • In the UK, a woman ordered a fried chicken wing menu from KFC.

  • As she posts on Instagram, she fished a chicken head out of the take-away bag.

  • The company reacted relatively casually to their two-star rating and even found the Chicken Gate to be a positive aspect.

Caution hot, greasy – and scary. Gabrielle, a woman in southwest London, has, as she posts on social media, got more chicken for her money from KFC than she actually ordered. The split image shows the fried head of a chicken that she pulled out of the bag.

It is not as if you could only vaguely guess the head under the breading, the beak and the eye area are clearly visible and not covered with the crispy layer of dough. Completely shocked, Gabrielle leaves a rating and a comment on the fast food giant. After all, the dinner is worth two stars for her. The British branch of KFC replied to this generous rating, given the circumstances: The company describes the rating as “probably the most generous 2-star rating ever”.

There are real chickens at KFC

The company can even get something positive out of the unpleasant case. The customer has thus provided proof that the fast food chain uses real chickens for its menus, as they promise in the advertising. KFC also did not deny that something like this could happen.

The customer was offered free chicken, which she allegedly accepted, writes “DailyNews”. She was also invited to a factory tour to see how the food is being prepared. It is not known whether the lady accepted this offer or whether she will continue to order her fried chicken wings from the franchise company.
