In 2014, CI Games And Deck13 gave birth to Lords of the Fallena role-playing and action game in a universe of dark fantasywho tried to take the recipe from Dark Souls of FromSoftware without ever managing to match it, or even approach it. A disappointment for many, but the publisher entrusted the development ofa suite which also serves as reboot to an internal studio, Hexworks.
Lords of the Fallen, version 2023, arrives today, and the English press notes fell shortly before. That the fans of Souls-like rest assured, this version is much more qualitative, the ratings are generally good, even if some editors liked it less. Testers appreciated the game’s universe, its two-world mechanics and some really impressive and fun bosses to face. You still have to count on a level design not always successful, and stability problems.
