L’Oréal: 13% growth in turnover to 10.38 billion euros in the 1st quarter


(CercleFinance.com) – Growth in Group revenue was +13.0% at 10.38 billion euros in the 1st quarter of 2023 on a like-for-like basis (i.e. at structure and rate of identical changes). Growth at constant exchange rates was +14.0%. Based on published data, it is +14.6%.

At the end of March, the Professional Products Division posted growth of +7.6% like-for-like (+9.8% based on reported data). The Consumer Products Division started 2023 with quarterly growth of +14.7% like-for-like (+15.7% as reported).

L’Oréal Luxe recorded growth of +6.5% like-for-like (+7.7% based on published data in the first quarter). The Dermatological Beauty Division recorded strong growth of +30.6% like-for-like (+34.6% based on reported data).
