“Building on the success of the first two operations in 2018 and 2020, which enabled a cumulative number of around 30,000 employees to show their attachment but also their confidence in the future, growth and values of our Group, we wish again this year giving them the opportunity to be associated with the financial and extra-financial success of L’Oréal.This third Employee Share Ownership Plan is a new opportunity to offer those who wish to join a tremendous collective adventure and to participate in a common purpose, our raison d’être: To create beauty that moves the world forward”, says Nicolas Hieronimus, CEO of L’Oréal, on the occasion of this 3rd operation.

The operation will relate to a maximum number of 500,000 shares (including employer contribution). The subscription period will run from June 8 to June 22, and the settlement-delivery of the offer is scheduled for July 26.

The shares subscribed directly as well as the FCPE units will be blocked for a period of 5 years, unless one of the cases of early release provided for by the regulations applicable in France and in the various countries in which the offer is deployed occurs.

The application for admission to listing on the Euronext Paris market for the L’Oréal shares issued within the framework of the operation will be made as soon as possible after the capital increase. They will be listed on the same quotation line as the existing shares (ISIN code: FR0000120321) and will be fully assimilated to them as soon as they are admitted to trading.
