After seeing her two daughters again, Lori Loughlin wants to venture back to acting after her stay in prison.

A few days ago, Lori Loughlin (56, "Full House") was allowed to leave prison after around two months. After a tearful reunion with her daughters Olivia Jade (21) and Isabella Rose (22), according to media reports, she should wait for her husband Mossimo Giannulli (57) to be released in about three months – and then she would like to meet again focus on acting. The US magazine "People" reports, citing an anonymous source.

That's why she was in prison

Because of the pandemic, Giannulli is not allowed to receive any visits. Contact with the family is currently purely via telephone calls. Now Loughlin wants to enjoy the time at home and wait. Before that, however, she had already stated that she would like to work as an actress again in the future. "She has always loved her career," explains the insider. "She loves shooting and making films. The only focus at the moment is on reuniting with Mossimo."

Both Loughlin and Giannulli were sentenced to prison terms for being implicated in the major university bribery scandal in the United States. They had admitted to having paid the equivalent of around 410,000 euros in bribes to give their daughters advantages at the University of Southern California. In the 2019 scandal, it was revealed that in addition to the two, other wealthy parents had paid bribes. So also "Desperate Housewives" star Felicity Huffman (58), who only had to go to prison for eleven days due to a much lower bribe.
