  4. Add some honey or maple syrup to taste
  5. Since vitamin C is not heat stable, add the lemon juice last once the water has cooled.

Ginger tea with a lot of gingerol has the best effect if it is drunk as hot as possible every morning. This is how ginger can boost metabolism and digestion in your body every day. Another advantage: Ginger tea is low in calories (the less honey or maple syrup you use, the better). If you can’t lose weight fast enough, you can drink a second cup after lunch.

In order to support losing weight without dieting, you should adjust your diet a little in addition to consuming ginger tea: For example, remove carbohydrates from the menu in the evening (Low-Carb) and drink unsweetened tea and water instead of lemonade.
