Losing weight with ginger – it's that easy!

Ginger tea works best with a lot of gingerol if you drink it as hot as possible every morning. So the tuber can boost the metabolism and digestion right at the start of the day. Another advantage: Ginger tea is low in calories (the less honey or maple syrup you use, the better). If you can't go fast enough to lose weight, you can drink a second cup with the ginger water after lunch.
