The summer season is back on Lost Ark from July 12 in a colorful update. On the program this summer, a new edition of the Maharaka festival, the arrival of the music box of memories, the Infernal mode for Kakul-Saydon and the end of the arc of Elgacia. The month of July therefore promises to be busy, but only marks the beginnings of what awaits the heroes in August.
The denouement of Elgacia and Kakul-Saydon
The story of Elgacia comes to an end with this update, even if the adventure is far from over. New quests are available on the island, while new characters eagerly await affinity gifts. But before you can take advantage of this, you must have completed the previous narrative arc. Eventually, players will be able to receive the jukebox song “A Journey’s End” as well as an item to start the Vairgrys questline.
In parallel, a new difficulty emerges for Kakul-Saydon, the Infernal mode. An additional and much more vigorous challenge present above all for prestige. It is therefore not a question of gleaning equipment, but titles, achievements and fortress structures. Unfortunately, the circus is not open to everyone. An item level of 1475 is required to take part in this expedition.
Explore the past with the Music Box of Memories
The music box of memories is the ideal tool for exploring parts of history that have remained in the shadows. Fed with orbs of memories, the box allows you to explore the past of the inhabitants of Archesia. Each continent has many clues about the location of the orbs, which will lead to rewards. A myriad of songs for the jukebox are unlockable, along with hits and titles.
Take part in the Maharaka festival
An unmissable summer event, the Maharaka festival is back this July on Lost Ark. This month, the special activity is “Run, mokokos!” », allowing you to take part in obstacle courses against other players. It will be available until the August update, when other events will replace it. Many rewards await you during this event to show your participation.
But it will also be possible to enjoy it a little more quietly, basking in the sun or going to the attractions. Guardian Soul Harvests and Chaos Dungeons offer specific currencies. These can be traded for festive rewards, such as the Cherry Blossom Mokoko.
