Lost Ark: the free-to-play MMORPG reaches 20 million players

Available in South Korea for a few years already, Lost Ark landed in the West last month, and since then it has been panicking the counters. The massively multiplayer online role-playing game Smilegate RPG and Amazon Games exploded the counters on Steam thanks to its economic model free-to-playand the studios deliver today a new big figure.

Lost Ark now has over 20 million players worldwide, half of which come from North and South America, Australia and Europe. Its release in the West had attracted more than 4.7 million players during the three days following its launch here, with a record of 1.32 million people simultaneously on Steam. Christoph Hartmann, vice-president ofAmazon Gamescomments:

The craze for Lost Ark around the world is rapidly growing, as evidenced by the growing number of international players. Together with Smilegate, we are committed to supporting the growing community with a solid roadmap of updates for years to come.

Because yes, if the launch is a success, we must now offer regular content so that players do not go elsewhere. It has already started with new quests and a Raid added this month, and updates will come little by little over the months and years. Lost Ark is for reminder free-to-playbut you can find packs Founder on Amazon.
