This Tuesday, April 5, 2022, Amazon Games finally unveiled its (almost) final roadmap for the months of April and May 2022 in Lost Ark. It is significantly different from the one that was discovered a few weeks earlier and notably includes the arrival of two new classes: the Lancer and the Destroyer. In this article, we offer you a brief overview of the most important novelties of the coming months, as well as any subtleties announced by the publisher.

Content planned for April 2022
Against all expectations and contrary to the first version of the roadmap which had been inadvertently unveiled by Amazon Games, the content planned for the month of April 2022 is very different from that originally planned. There is of course and above all a brand new class, the Lancer of the Martialist archetype, which replaces the Destroyer (Gueerier) originally planned.
This is of course not all since many new features are to be expected in terms of pure content with the arrival of the Bern-Sud region. New login rewards are naturally on the way this month, as always, and new cosmetic skins will be available in the in-game store (for a few Royal Crystals).
Last but not least, the arrival of Bern-Sud also marks the arrival of a new Growth Express for players: that of Feiton! It allows you to propel the character of your choice to the Feiton region with an item level of 960 and… It can be used on the Lancer if you wish!

Content planned for May 2022
The content planned for the month of May 2022 is concretely and to put it simply that which was originally planned for the month of April in the initial roadmap. It includes another new class, the Destroyer of the Warrior archetype, which replaces the Arcanist (Mage) originally planned.
On the content side, the American publisher has serious arguments with the arrival of a new Legion raid, Valtan (1,430+) as well as a new Guardian Raid, Deskaluda (1,415+). But beware: this content will only be deployed if Amazon Games judges that it will not hinder the progress of the players. Concretely, if too many Western players are “behind”, then the deployment of these raids will be delayed to allow time for everyone to progress at their own pace.
It is finally, in addition to improvements and new more “classic” content, the opportunity for the publisher to introduce a new mode dedicated to Guardian Raids: Trial mode. This allows players, to put it simply , to fight three times against random Guardians with a normalized item level and without the possibility of using battle items.This new mode will naturally grant rewards much greater than the “classic” Guardian Raids.

This Thursday, March 31, 2022, Amazon Games is carrying out a maintenance for a large part of the morning to correct multiple bugs and in-game problems in addition to improving the weekly combat item bundles. It is scheduled to start at 09:00 until early afternoon.
