How long does it take to receive your new license?
The time to obtain your new license varies between 2 and 6 weeks depending on the departments. If you have opted for a permit request by post, it will be sent directly to your home. Otherwise, it must be collected at the counter of the prefecture or sub-prefecture of your place of residence.
