Louane in tears after a performance

A touching tribute. On Saturday September 3, TF1 broadcast the third program of the eighth season of The Voice Kids. During the evening, one of the candidates, Zoé, took over a particularly important song for one of the jury members. Indeed, the young singer, member of the troupe of the musical Charlie and the chocolate factoryinterpreted I will love you by Michel Sardou. And his interpretation provoked a lot of emotions at Louane.

“You took me back almost ten years in my life”, confided Louane to the candidate. Indeed, this interpretation was a tribute, since she had discovered it thanks to the cover of the interpreter of Give me your heart in the movie The Aries Family, which had earned him a Caesar. Although she did not return to the candidate, the young mother of 25 years could not hide her emotion in the face of this interpretation. It was when his colleague Kendji Girac spoke that Louane no longer contained her tears by evoking a very special period for her relating to her time on the show. Prior to the broadcast, the singer had lost her father, and the following year lost her mom.

Multiple tributes to Louane

During this third show, Zoé was not the only one to have thought of Louane when choosing the song. The penultimate candidate of the evening, Anaëlle, a big fan of the singer, interpreted love to death. And if his performance was impressive, his idol has almost didn’t turn around. Very touched by her passage, Louane ran to take her in her arms before returning to her place to explain to her why she had hesitated. “You made a complicated song choice and that’s why I didn’t look back right away, explained the singer. This song, it was composed by my other half, I wrote it and it was our first song together.” And it is because of this “special story” that she had difficulty getting into the interpretation.
