The corona crisis is affecting the event industry like no other. Stars are now playing behind the scenes for their colleagues.

The corona pandemic has been paralyzing the event and culture industry for months. The situation is particularly devastating for all the people behind the scenes who ensure that a club appearance, a large live show or even a tour can go off successfully – including stage builders, technicians, caterers, stewards and construction workers and bus and truck drivers.

The charity event # louder, which is organized by the organizer Live Nation with the support of Telekom and many German stars, should help. Die Fantastischen Vier ("Troy"), Peter Maffay (71) and Adel Tawil (42, "Alles Leben") give concerts that will be streamed free of charge on December 12th and 13th on MagentaMusik 360 and on MagentaTV in the #DABEI program to be shown. The shows can also be accessed there after the broadcast. In addition, Telekom is donating a considerable amount of 250,000 euros itself.

"Let us stand together for those affected"

"We live music fans all have our concert tickets hanging on the fridge magnet and are waiting for things to start again. During the pandemic, many of the service providers who produce the shows are falling into economic hardship," explains Smudo (52) from Fanta 4. stand together for those affected and support them with this campaign so that we can soon take the tickets from the fridge and go celebrate. "

"Without the many helpers, we cannot go about our work", adds Peter Maffay. "That is why it is now important to stick together, to support one another and to give hope." He wanted to show with the other stars: "Nobody has to go through it alone".

Fritz Kalkbrenner (39), Joy Denalane (47), Johannes Oerding (38), Rea Garvey (47), The BossHoss, Milky Chance and many other acts are also there to help. The artists appear on a mixed reality stage, which was first used at the heavy metal festival Wacken World Wide. They waive their fees and music fans can donate during the live stream. The proceeds will go to Crew Nation, an initiative launched by Live Nation that helps crews of musicians. And the initiative "It will be quiet without art and culture" will also support the campaign.
