Louis Aliot on insecurity: “the French will end up defending themselves if the State no longer fulfills its sovereign function”

“If the State no longer fulfills its sovereign function, the French will end up defending themselves”, declared Tuesday morning on CNEWS Louis Aliot, mayor of Perpignan and vice-president of the RN, questioned on the insecurity in France that he blames Emmanuel Macron for being too lax.

“They will organize to defend their tranquility. I do not want this situation, but if they are pushed to do it, they will do it”, he developed, before adding: “During the presidential election we did not talk about it much but the insecurity is daily. Savagery is everywhere in our streets and the State is a little below what it should be to put out of harm’s way a certain number of gangs and thugs who have set up shop, develop their traffic and use of violence, without ever being corrected either by justice or by the State.
