Gilles is one of the 15 farmers in season 19 of “L’Amour est dans le pré”. From Monday January 8, 2024, M6 viewers will be able to discover his portrait during the broadcast of the first part. Indeed, alongside host Karine Le Marchand, this former breeder and mixed farmer will talk about his life journey.
Retired for four years, Gilles is still an active person. Former breeder and mixed farming, he divides his time between taking care of a small portion of his herd and a myriad of activities. His favorites? Prank your friends at Trut, a local card game or ignite the dance floors in your region. Originally from the Loire region, “Gillou” as he is nicknamed is a flower character like his shirts. And know ladies, that he has always popular with the fairer sex !

From a previous union, Gilles had three daughters of whom he is very proud before spending 15 years of his life with a certain Françoise. Unfortunately, the latter died 19 months ago, leaving Gilles in deep sadness. Since then, it is with great hope that he searches for the last woman of his life. At 70, it’s difficult to meet people in your own little corner…
Fulfilled and full of energy, Gilles hopes to vibrate again, enjoying trips and romantic outings. Moreover, with a lot of humor he points out that the machine is still running! So, will he be able to find the right fit? Response on M6.
