“Love is in the meadow”: soon to be homeless, Christine launches a call for help: Femme Actuelle Le MAG

During the broadcast of the portraits of the new farmers appearing in the casting of the eighteenth season of Love is in the meadowJanuary 30 and February 6, 2023, Christine greatly moved the viewers. The dog breeder had indeed recounted her romantic past. Single for five years, she explained that she married the father of her three children very early, after meeting him at just 17 years old. It is after forty years of marriage that Christine will leave by falling in love with a dog breeder. “He revealed in me that I could be a woman”, she explained. This relationship only lasted a few months but Christine had more than ever “lots of love to give” : “I love it when people show me love, getting up in the morning with a man by my side and telling me I’m beautiful.”

After speed dating, Christine ultimately only invited Alain to join her at her home. After a few days of cohabitation full of jokes and other stunts intended to amuse the breeder, Alain returned home without having created a crush on his girlfriend. Christine had told him that she had only developed a sincere friendship towards him.

“It’s starting to worry me a lot”

It was to address a much less happy subject than that of love that Christine spoke in the columns of Leisure TV, Saturday November 4, 2023. The breeder will have to leave her home, which is also the place of her exploitation. “At the end of March, my landlord sold the house. And I can’t find anything to accommodate me and my animals. It keeps me from sleeping! It’s starting to worry me a lot. It’s my headache, it’s ruining my life.”she said.

Christine must find accommodation as quickly as possible in which she can live but also raise her dogs: I’m going to have to stop everything and I’m not ready for it. I still have a few years“, she lamented, referring to the case where she would not have found a new place to put her suitcases. Christine, however, knows what she wants: “a house with a little land for the animals. To rent or buy, but at a low price, even if there is a little work to be done inside. It’s a cry for help. If anyone has an abandoned house somewhere”, she said.
