The Google Nest WiFi router is particularly suitable for small areas or for mesh WiFi. The listed 120 square meters of area coverage sounds good at first. However, if you convert that to the distance with a circular extension, that gives a range of around 6.18 meters in all directions.
However, that is not the whole story. The router uses so-called “beamforming”. In principle, the router “sees” where a WLAN device is located. Accordingly, the signal can be sent specifically. This should ensure improved range and signal strength.
