LPL, LCK, LEC, LCS: The regular season is over, here are the title contenders

On this long weekend of August 15 holiday in France, the four major leagues of League of Legends experienced a first outcome with the end of regular seasons in LCK, LPL, LCS and LEC. 2022 LEC Summer Split Results

A tiebreak took place this weekend, between Excel and Vitality, but also between Misfits and Fnatic. Both games were won by the host team, which directly eliminated the Hive, which fell to 7th place in the standings. Fnatic, for its part, regained 5th place and qualified, just like Excel. 2022 LPL Summer Split Results

With a last success this August 13 against Anyone’s Legend (ex-Rogue Warriors), TOP Esports secured first place unlike games, narrowly passing JD Gaming. For the final two matches of Week 10, Ultra Prime beat Team WE (2/0) and LGD surprisingly got the better of RNG (2/1), sending the Spring Split and MSI champion to 4th place. LCK Summer Split 2022 Results

After the last two matches of this weekend (HLE-DRX 2/1 and NS-KDF 2/0), no real change in ranking. Nongshim takes a place but it is not enough to get out of the bottom of the table, just like the Freecs who are eliminated. DRX, author of a mixed season (9v9d) is doing just fine, while Gen.G almost achieved the perfect full box of T1 in the Spring Split (2nd in the Summer) by posting 17 victories out of 18 meetings. The playoffs begin on August 17.

2022 LCS Summer Split Results

It’s also over in NA with a ultimate tiebreaker this Monday between C9 and FlyQuest to determine 5th place. Thanks to the victory of Berserker and his teammates, Cloud9 therefore takes over his opponent in the standings, a few hours after the defeat against Evil Geniuses which only confirmed the good performance of the split champion team ahead of 100T and Team Liquid. The playoffs will start on August 20 with CLG-C9 and TL-Fly.
