For couples who want to have children, there are therefore lubricants that are tailored to the pH value of the vaginal mucosa in the fertile phase. There is also a gel among the 20 products tested: Beim Eros Aqua Water Based Lubricant (on Amazon) the experts measure a slightly alkaline and therefore sperm-friendly pH value of 7.8.
