Lucie Lucas, the star actress of the Clem series on TF1 told the microphone of Louise Aubery a period of her life marked by depression.

Lucie Lucas is an emblematic actress of TF1, in the Clem series, where she holds the title role. Adrien (his spouse, editor’s note) said to me: ‘Can you make pasta for the children?’ I stood in front of the pan, I had no idea what to do. I was completely buggy. I didn’t know anything anymore. I felt like I had the autonomy of a two-year-old child. .”

She also advises quite simply to stretch, to fully feel your body to relax it, “don’t be afraid to do super weird moves that feel good”. The key ? “Understand that, when the machine unlocks, it takes a long time to get back to how it was before”. You need a lot of patience, rest, getting away from screens: “we can’t take care of others when we’re not well”.
