"There is this little girl who stole my heart," writes Lukas Podolski about a cute photo with his daughter Maya.
He is a footballer, entrepreneur, husband and father: Lukas Podolski (35) made his around 4.5 million Instagram subscribers a very special pleasure with his latest snapshot. In the black and white photo he can be seen with his four-year-old daughter Maya. While she is apparently a little shyly hiding behind an ice cream sundae, Podolski – with his arm around her – is beaming proudly into the camera.
The 35-year-old's comment: "There's this little girl who stole my heart and she calls me papa." It is unusual that Podolski shows his "princess", as he likes to call daughter Maya, so publicly. He and his wife Monika usually only publish photos of their children in which they can be seen from behind. The couple, who tied the knot in 2011, have their son Louis in addition to their daughter Maya. He was born in 2008.
