Tuesday: Fried harissa tofu with spinach salad

Wednesday: Pasta Melanzane
Melanzane is the Italian word for eggplant and it plays the main role in this vegetarian pasta dish. It is accompanied by tomatoes, mozzarella and chilli flakes – this is how we enjoy the summer! About the recipe: Pasta Melanzane
Thursday: Cold kefir soup
On hot days, a cold soup is just the thing. In this case we prepare them with sauerkraut, cucumber, horseradish and kefir. Refreshing and healthy at the same time, because the recipe is part of the BRIGITTE balance concept. About the recipe: cold kefir soup
Friday: Sole with cucumber vegetables

Saturday: Fusilli with paprika pesto

Sunday: beef curry
The beef curry looks elaborate, but is on the table in just 45 minutes – perfect to end the weekend in a relaxed manner. We make the spice paste ourselves, the recipe is supplemented with paprika and rice noodles. This gives you that holiday feeling! About the recipe: beef curry
