(CercleFinance.com) – The LVMH group and its Houses have announced the payment of a value-sharing bonus to employees, a bonus which will be paid on their salary for the month of September.
The bonus will vary between 1,000 and 1,500 euros depending on the entity and is in addition to a previous exceptional bonus paid at the start of the year, amounting to 600 to 1,000 euros.
The measure is aimed at all group employees based in France whose total annual gross compensation is less than or equal to three times the minimum wage, i.e. 60,000 euros. According to LVMH, 27,000 group employees in France will be able to benefit from it.
Over the whole year, “there are therefore more than 400 ME which will have been paid under the value-sharing schemes”, assures LVMH.
