Compulsory maintenance operations are scheduled on the Vieux-Lyon/Saint-Just (F1) funicular on the evening of Monday 30 May. The line will therefore be stopped from 10 p.m., instead of midnight usually, in order to let the workers of the network carry out the work.
Normal traffic will resume the next morning, Tuesday, May 31, at 5:23 a.m., the time of the first departures.
The reinforced F2 and relay buses
The frequency of the Vieux Lyon – Fourvière funicular (F2) will be increased for the duration of the operations. The F2 will run every 10 minutes and run until midnight instead of 11 p.m.
Relay buses are also added to this device intended to “ensure continuity of service”. They will allow access to Fourvière from Saint-Just in both directions of traffic, with a frequency of 10 minutes.
