Lyon: prison for two “Dalton” after fireworks mortar fire on the sidelines of a program

The first defendant, aged 18, was sentenced to “four months of simple reprieve”, while a second, 23 years old, was inflicted “five months firm but without continued detention”, told AFP the lawyer of the first, Amandine Fabregue. Six months firm, with warrant of committal, against the accused aged 23 and six months suspended against the other of 18, had been required during requisitions.

On the other hand, the two “Dalton”, originating in the 8th arrondissement of Lyon, were acquitted of the accusation of belonging to a “grouping with a view to committing violence or degradation”, namely the collective of “Dalton”. A third member of the collective, aged 17, was presented to a children’s judge, as was another minor arrested earlier this week.
