MaaT Pharma announces new appointments to the Board of Directors and its management team
New appointments to the Board of Directors and to the management team have been made, in line with the Company’s long-term vision and objectives:
o Karim Dabbagh, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Nadia Kamal, both are independent directors.
o Prof. Gervais Tougas Interim Medical Director and Philippe Moyen Director of Operations.
Appointment of Guilhaume Debroas as Head of Investor Relations.
All resolutions presented at the Annual General Meeting were adopted in accordance with the recommendations of the Board of Directors.
