Apple Mac Studio (M1 Ultra): already a benchmark to show off its power

Announced Tuesday evening, the new Mac Studio has already been entitled to a benchmark on Geekbench. Enough to assess the performance of the new Apple M1 Ultra chip compared to what is done on the side of Intel without taking into account Apple’s marketing. And it is clear that the results are impressive. The Mac Studio indeed achieves a score of 1747 in single-core and 24,055 in multi-core. Opposite, the Mac Pro under Intel Xeon W-3275M arrives at a result of 19,951.

Samsung explains the limited performance of the Galaxy S22 on mobile games

We recently learned that Samsung was limiting the performance of its smartphones for 10,000 applications. The Korean manufacturer ended up taking the floor to make things clear. If Samsung does not deny the performance limitations on its smartphones, the firm explains that this restriction only concerns the most demanding mobile games to prevent devices from overheating. Samsung is also working on an option to disable this restriction.

The LG Oled C2 and G2 offer Dolby Vision IQ, what will change?

Two months ago, LG took advantage of CES in Las Vegas to officially present its new LG C2 and LG G2 televisions. These two ranges will benefit in particular from a new chip called Alpha 9 Gen 5 which includes a little surprise, the Dolby Vision IQ. This technology, derived from the Dolby HDR standard, will automatically adapt the brightness of the screen, and the HDR setting, to the light atmosphere of the room.
