During his televised address devoted to the war in Ukraine on Wednesday evening, Emmanuel Macron skilfully handled the various registers, while his declaration of candidacy, delayed, is expected by the end of the week. In an ultra-calibrated intervention of about fifteen minutes, the Head of State wanted to inform the French of the situation and reiterate his support for the Ukrainian people and their President Volodymyr Zelensky.
