Maddie McCann: the young woman convinced to be the missing girl disavowed by technology

Weeks after young Julia Wendell made headlines claiming she thought she was Maddie McCann, it seems that rumor is definitely not true. An expert in facial technology has in any case swept this hypothesis out of hand.

End clap for Julia Wendell’s hypothesis. In a video posted on her social networks, this young woman had claimed to be Maddie McCann, the young missing teenager who had made the front page of the media around the world and who was ultimately never found. Julia Wendell thought she could be Maddie because she had the same facial features as her, the same stain in the eye and had suffered an abusive childhood in addition to questioning her parentage.

Although several studies have rejected her claim, this 21-year-old Polish girl is still waiting the results of three DNA samples and a genetic test. But there is almost no chance that they will give anything. Especially since we just learned that a Swiss company, Ava-X, has just challenged its claims using technology that helps police identify missing people and reunite them with their families.

New disappointment for the young woman claiming to be Maddie McCann

The boss of this technology company said: “It is practically impossible that the young Polish girl is Maddie. We are 90% convinced that Maddie and Julia are two different people”. As a reminder, Madeleine McCann was three and a half years old when she disappeared from the family apartment during a holiday in Portugal on May 3, 2007. Her parents, Gerry and Kate, had left her to sleep with her brothers and sisters while They were having dinner at the hotel restaurant, not realizing his absence until around 10 p.m. Since then, the latter has never been found and the various police investigations have never yielded anything…
