(CercleFinance.com) – FMR LLC declared to the AMF that it crossed upwards, on July 31, through the companies it controls, the thresholds of 10% of the capital and voting rights of Maisons du Monde and indirectly hold 10.42% of the capital and voting rights.
This crossing of thresholds results from a reduction in the total number of shares and voting rights of the furniture group. The declarant specifies that he does not intend to take control of the company, nor to seek appointment in its governing bodies.
