In 2020, you created Ramify, which wants to make a name for itself in the world of digital wealth management. Tell us about your offer?

Ramify aims to provide a complete and simple investment service accessible to everyone. We revisit modern portfolio theory, combining elements of our research and our business expertise, in particular via an algorithm developed in-house. This allows us to offer each client a personalized investment portfolio, adapted to their risk aversion, their projects and their values. The objective is to make tailor-made solutions accessible, as is the case in traditional private banks. Ramify takes care of all the management, once the investment project has been created: asset selection, portfolio allocation, taking into account taxation and fees. In the end, Ramify combines the expertise and experience of its data engineers and portfolio managers, to provide an investment generally intended for the very wealthy.

What sets you apart from other digital players?

Our approach is multi-product with a real reflection on asset classes: ETF shares and bonds, Private Equity, SCPI, cryptocurrencies, and pockets of investments: Life Insurance, PER. We are the first in Europe to offer a tailor-made investment, including tax optimization. Our algorithm allows us to determine the combination of tax envelopes allowing our client to get the most out of his savings effort. Clients’ investments are very regularly reassessed and automatically adapted, if necessary. We are obsessed with delivering maximum gains to our clients, net of taxes and costs, at given risk and value.

What is your investment methodology?

First, choosing the most relevant investment envelopes for our clients. Then, determine the different asset classes, and prioritize those with a good return and significant diversification power. Then select the representatives of each asset class and define the client’s risk aversion, thanks to behavioral finance. Finally, we calculate the optimal allocation of each asset, taking into account client preferences and risk aversion.

Do you offer all the investment supports?

We are gradually enriching our support offering and now offer around fifty Private Equity funds, around fifty SCPIs in the real estate sector and around 100 ETFs covering the main international indices, the main currencies and all geographical areas of the world. ‘investment. We hope to offer cryptocurrencies in the future to cover all asset classes.

Who are your partners, including at the capital level?

During the last fundraising, of 3.5 ME, renowned players took a stake in the capital, such as Apicil, Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie via Brie Picardie Expansion, AG2R La Mondiale. Herve´ Schricke, co-founder of Meilleurtaux.com also participated. This makes it possible to envisage development projects and promises with these partners, such as the life insurance contract and the Individual Retirement Savings Plan launched in collaboration with Apicil. Client funds are domiciled with Apicil.
