Sancho’s transfer saga is drawing to a close
It could be the end of a very long transfer story: Jadon Sancho’s move from the Bundesliga to the English Premier League is apparently taking shape. According to media reports, Borussia Dortmund and Manchester United should agree on the transfer fee.
According to media reports, the move of the English national soccer player Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund to Manchester United is imminent. The English record champions pay 85 million euros to BVB for the flank player. According to the “Bild” newspaper, the transfer fee, including bonus payments, could rise to 95 million euros in the coming years. One of the most expensive transfers in Bundesliga history?
The transfer of the 21-year-old would be one of the most expensive in Bundesliga history. Only the Frenchman Ousmane Dembele, who moved from BVB to FC Barcelona in 2017 for 105 million euros (plus bonuses of up to 42 million), and Kai Havertz broke the 100 million mark. The national player was transferred from Bayer Leverkusen to Chelsea last summer for 100 million euros.
Sancho is said to have been in agreement with United for some time.
