Unveiled at the Guerilla Collective conference at Summer Game Fest 2022, Neon Blight is the very first Bleeding Tapes game. A mix of roguelike and management game, the title is scheduled for July 11, 2022. For the most curious, a demo is already available on Steam.
With its 2D cyberpung style, Neon Blight takes you to Eden, a megalopolis where rain and neon lighting reign. You play as the new owner of an armory that will of course have to be filled with weapons for sale. All you have to do is go through the different levels of the game, all filled with dangers, and collect weapons with a view to putting them up for sale. And there is plenty to do since the game should offer more than a hundred weapons to find and improve.
Explore a variety of areas, more or less hostile, and try to unlock the secrets hidden there. Solving the puzzles scattered throughout the levels will allow you to discover ever more powerful objects and weapons. Not to mention that it will undoubtedly bring you closer to the main object of your quest, the ultimate weapon.
