Manhunt in Innsbruck – German (18) surrounded by group and robbed

An 18-year-old German had to live through terrifying moments on Friday evening in front of a bar in Innsbruck. The young man was surrounded by a total of eight people and asked to hand over cash. After the coup, the perpetrators fled. The police are hoping for clues. The Innsbruck police have already been able to clarify a robbery on Saturday.

The first robbery happened around 9:30 p.m. Friday night. The police only announced the details on Sunday. The 18-year-old was surrounded by eight unidentified people – seven men and one woman – in front of a bar on Amraser Strasse. Cash stolen and fled. “One of the perpetrators then asked the German to show his wallet. After the victim complied, another person took a small amount of cash from the purse and the group fled,” police said. A search has so far been unsuccessful. A 24-year-old German attacked a local (49) on the street and stole her handbag. The suspect could be found. She was admitted to the Innsbruck prison by order of the public prosecutor’s office. The victim sustained injuries as a result of the attack and was taken to the clinic by the rescue team.
