Manhunt – wrong-way driver touched car on West Autobahn

An unknown ghost driver rammed the car of a Tyrolean on the A1 between Regau and Seewalchen (Upper Austria) in the early evening. The police are urgently looking for him.

The unknown driver had been traveling at high speed in the fast lane of the A1 in the direction of Linz (in the wrong direction). A 35-year-old Tyrolean was able to dodge a little in the area between Regau and Schörfling, so that there was no frontal collision but “only” a side collision. Fortunately, the Tyrolean survived the crash uninjured. Escape after the accident The person who caused the accident just drove on after the collision and is now urgently wanted by the police. He is likely to be driving a black Audi with a Salzburg-Land license plate. His car could be badly damaged on the side and rear. The Seewalchen Motorway Police Inspectorate is asking for information on 059 133/41 73 100.
