If you want to buy an electric car, you need strong nerves. Scarce resources, supply problems and plant closures for various reasons put manufacturers under pressure. As a result, the delivery times for many new cars have piled up in recent months.

Waiting a year for a new car, whether electric or combustion engine, is no exception, even two years is already the order of the day for some models. In order to increases the uncertainty of buyers, whether they still receive the environmental bonus.

Hyundai and Peugeot want to counter this with delivery promises: timely delivery is guaranteed for certain models in order to apply for funding under the current conditions. According to the current status, if orders are placed by the end of June, the Ioniq sedan will be delivered on time as a hybrid or purely electric car, as will the Kona electric and the Santa Fe as a plug-in hybrid.
