Tuchel’s Chelsea storms straight to the top
Chelsea FC is already in good early shape: A few days after winning the European Supercup, Thomas Tuchel’s team also got off to a successful start in the Premier League season. Despite a clear home win, however, another major club are leaders.
Champions League winners Chelsea have made a tailor-made start to the season in the English Premier League. Coach Thomas Tuchel’s team, who won the European Supercup during the week, defeated London rivals Crystal Palace well deserved 3-0 (1-0) at home. The defender comes from Real Madrid and has a contract with the English football club until June 30, 2025.
