(CercleFinance.com) – The AMF indicates that, during the duration of the simplified tender offer for Manutan International shares, i.e. from January 26 to February 8 inclusive, Spring Holding acquired at a price of 100 euros, 1,964 .191 actions under the semicentralization procedure.
At the close of the OPAS, the Guichard family group held 7,543,531 shares, or 99.08% of the capital and at least 98.99% of the voting rights. An additional price of five euros per share will be paid to shareholders who tendered to the semi-centralized procedure.
Settlement and delivery of the offer will take place according to the schedule communicated by Euronext Paris. The suspension of the listing of Manutan shares is maintained pending the implementation of the squeeze-out.
