(Boursier.com) — The group Manutan posted current operating income of €35.7 million in the first half of its 2021-2022 financial year, or 8.1% of revenue (compared to 7% for the first half of the previous financial year). At the end of March 2022, the group recorded growth of +11.8% compared to the end of March 2021, with a turnover of 439.7 ME.

The half-yearly net profit amounted to 26.7 ME, or 6.1% of turnover against 5.1% in the first half of the previous financial year. This change is mainly due to the combination of the following elements:

The group has cash of 119.2 million euros (up 8.2 million euros compared to September 30, 2021) and its financial debt represented only 5.9% of the balance sheet total at 31 March 2022.

Confident in its economic alliance model and its development prospects, Manutan intends to continue implementing its investment plan and remains attentive to opportunities for external growth.
