Orgasm is triggered by the brain, says a sexologist. It is an extreme pleasure to which many men have never had access and yet it is accessible even without ejaculation.

The sex therapist explains thatdo not confuse ejaculation, which is a “orchestra“, with orgasm. Orgasm and orgasm cause pleasure, but not of the same nature and even less of the same intensity. orgasm is the maximum sexual pleasure one can experience.

He explains that these two acts end in an ejaculation, but that “pleasure“felt is not at all the same. For psycho-sexologist Sébastien Landry, the pleasure of the orchestratherefore of ejaculation, is “located in the private parts“. Orgasm is a more complete pleasure that is more mental. He explains that with sexual intercourse lasting 3 or 4 minutes, even 10 minutes, we don’t necessarily have to orgasm. And yet, according to him, it is possible to reach it without penetration.
Very few men know about orgasm, let alone “dry orgasm”
Very few men and women know thatthere is a sexuality without penetration which gives rise to much more pleasure and eroticism. Only, you have to take your time because classic coitus in a hurry does not necessarily lead to it, especially for men. The fact is that most men identify ejaculation as the male orgasm. The sexologist explains that it is quite possible tohave an orgasm without ejaculation. He refers to it as “dry orgasm”. The sex therapist explains that it is possible for a man of advanced age who has had his prostate removed, who can therefore no longer ejaculate, toachieve dry orgasm and of wonder how intense it can be.
