Serious allegations were made against Marc Terenzi, in a statement on Instagram the singer now firmly rejects them.

Marc Terenzi (44) has announced that he will defend himself against the serious allegations that have recently been made against him. “As you can probably imagine, the unbelievable and completely unfounded allegations against me that have now become public have left their mark on me,” he writes in a statement in an Instagram story.

After the singer was informed of this, he immediately hired a lawyer. Since the procedure is currently running, he cannot comment on the details in public at the moment. “But it is very important for me to make it absolutely clear that I clearly and decisively reject the allegations against me,” writes Terenzi.

Marc Terenzi: “I can’t put it into words”

In his life so far, the 44-year-old has “[…] I certainly didn’t do everything right, quite the opposite,” he continues. “However, what I am being accused of here cannot be put into words. I will prove my innocence and hold the perpetrators of this slander accountable.” The native American had the statement translated from English into German because it was important to him to publish these words in German.

The public prosecutor’s office in Leipzig had recently confirmed to “Brisant” among othersthat she was “conducting an investigation, among other things, because of the suspicion of sexual harassment”. The starting point for the investigation is therefore a report from August 2022. According to the statement by the public prosecutor’s office, “it is currently not possible to assess whether, after all investigations have been completed, the suspicion required to bring charges against the accused can be justified”. It is the presumption of innocence.
