Mare Nostrum will acquire Agence Unique – 03/31/2022 at 08:50

(AOF) – Mare Nostrum continues to diversify its activities with the signing of a protocol for the acquisition of 76% of the capital of the company Agence Unique, specializing in the recruitment of talent around 3 areas of expertise: Events , Culture and Business. Created in 2016 by Coralie Noblet, Agence Unique offers its clients a complete service with full HR management of their events ranging from recruitment to operational management (technicians, managers, artists, animators, butler, etc.) to the management of administrative aspects.

The Agency offers trained and qualified talents in reception and animation for cultural and tourist sites. With a pool of more than 7,300 talents, it is also the partner of many events throughout France by ensuring the recruitment and training of all staff (technical, reception, animation). In addition to these two key sectors, the Agency also offers a tailor-made company reception service (standard, concierge, etc.).

Relying on a solid reputation and an important network of institutions and companies, Agence Unique has doubled its turnover every year since its creation to around one million euros before the health crisis.

Benefiting from a portfolio of loyal clients, the Agency returned to the path of growth as soon as the health restrictions were lifted in May 2021. In addition, the annual partnerships concluded with numerous cultural establishments, such as the Cité du Vin, the FRAC Nouvelle-Aquitaine or the MÉCA, ensure a recurrence of activity of nearly 50%.

Business services: road transport faced with a labor shortage

A report published by Dares (Direction de l’Animation de la recherche, des Etudes et des Statistiques) in October 2020 pointed out that truck drivers were among the thirty most stressed professions in France in 2019. This tension is not fallout and could even increase in the coming years. According to the OTRE (Organization of European Road Carriers), the needs could reach 100,000 jobs in the next five years. The phenomenon, which was lessened during successive confinements, reappeared with the resumption of activity. It is partly linked to a lack of image and unattractive remuneration. Unfortunately, the recent negotiations between the social partners to revalue the minima for the branch have not been successful.
